The best evidence was hiding in plain sight.
Meteor Labs started from a simple observation. The AI buildout is limited less by chips than by the physical things around them: transformers, switchgear, cable, generators, turbines and the power to run them. Those constraints decide which data centers get built, when, and by whom.
The best evidence about that equipment is public, but it is scattered across thousands of agencies, buried in regulatory filings, often written in another language, and almost never structured. Investors relied on announcements and channel checks; manufacturers relied on their own sales pipelines. Nobody was reading the record end to end.
So we started reading it. Today our data covers more than 500 US data center projects and the suppliers that equip them, and it grows every month as we add new sources and new parts of the supply chain.
